How to open PayPal account?

Do I need to have money in my PayPal account to make online purchases?
No. You do not need a balance in your PayPal account for online shopping. As long as your PayPal account is connected with your Credit/Debit card, you can make online purchases:
Does PayPal charge me processing fee for online purchase?
No. PayPal does not charge processing fee for making only purchases.
What payment options do you accept?
Currently, we provide three options:

Payment at the point of delivery, depending on the option you chose, the payment for the order must be done either to the courier at the point of delivery, or you can pay in person in our offline store within one working day. -
Directly from our offline store in Limassol. Please note, our offline store operates by appointments only - please call/message us on +357 97 696048 (calls, sms, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) to make appointment, before visiting our offline store. Our working days are from Monday to Friday.
Do you accept credit/debit card at your offline store?
Currently, we accept online payments via PayPal, or cash payments (Euro currency) in our offline store.
Do I have to pay to setup a PayPal account?
No. Its free to setup a PayPal account, and it only takes few minutes. For more information please visit PayPal.com
How can I link my Credit/Debit card to my PayPal account?
You can easily link you credit/debit card with your PayPal account. Please see the following video from PayPal to link your credit/debit card to your PayPal account:
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Yes. Browse our website and add any products you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you've finished, click on your shopping cart, then click "Checkout". On the "Checkout" page, select "Cash on Delivery" as payment method and your prefered delivery option. After that, complete the checkout process by following on-screen instruction.

Through courier company - you will need to pay for your order to the courier at the time of delivery. -
"Pickup from Store" - we will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup from our offline store. Your order number will be needed. Please note, after you received the notification, the order should be paid and picked up within one working day; otherwise, it will be canceled.
Can I pay via PayPal and pick up the order by myself from your offline store?
Yes. Simply browse our website and add any products you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you've finished browsing, click on your shopping cart, then click "Checkout". Then on the Checkout page, select Payment method "PayPal" and Delivery method "Pickup from Store". After that, complete the checkout process by following on-screen instructions.
Can I pay via PayPal and get the order delivered by courier?
Yes. Simply browse our website and add any products you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you've finished, click on your shopping cart, then click "Checkout". Then on the Checkout page, select Payment method "PayPal" and Delivery method the avialable delivery company name from the list. After that, complete the checkout process by following on-screen instructions.
What does "Cash on Delivery" payment method mean?
You can pay for your order in cash at the point of delivery, either through courier at the time of delivery, or in our offline store within one working day, depending on delivery option you choose.
Do you accept cash in different currency (US dollars, Russian Rubles, etc.) in your offline store?
No. We accept cash payments only in Euro currency in our offline store.
Delivery
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Items are delivered by courier on the same or next day you place your order. However, if your order has not arrived within 2 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you further.
How can I get my order?
- By courier - get your orders delivery anywhere in Cyprus. You can choose your order to be delivered to the nearest courier service point in your city (3.50 Euro), or to your door step (5.95 Euro). For any orders over 50 Euro delivery is FREE of charge.

Pickup from Store - you will receive an email notification, as soon as your order is ready for you to come and pick it up. There is no delivery charge. Please note, if you have selected "Cash on Delivery" payment option, you will need to pay and pick your order up in our offline store within one working day; otherwise, your order will be canceled.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally for now. All available delivery options are applicable only within Cyprus.
Can I order online and get my order delivered by courier?
Yes. Simply browse our website and add any products you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you've finished, click on your shopping cart, then click "Checkout". On the "Checkout" page, select one of the available courier delivery option.
Can I order online and pickup from your offline store?
Yes. Simply browse our website and add any products you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you've finished, click on your shopping cart, then click "Checkout". On the "Checkout" page, select "Pickup from Store" delivery option, then follow on-screen instructions to complete your order. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for you to come and pick it up. Your order number will be needed.
What is the delivery cost for purchased items?
Delivery option: delivery company name - the cost of delivery depends on how you want your order to be delivered (at the time of checkout you can select which delivery option you prefer):

Refund & Return
How can I return a purchased item?
If your item arrives and you decide you'd like to return it, please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.

The original receipt at the price that the product was bought must be presented. -
The item can be returned only if the original product package is intact, the product is originally sealed, never opened and never used. -
The refund is done for the price of returned item either in cash or in the form of exchange for another product of equivalent price that is available in offline store, based on mutual agreement.
Who pays for return postage?
If you wish to retun the item or change your mind, you will be liable to cover the cost of return postage. If the incorrect item is delivered to you, or the item arrives damaged, we will reimburse your return postage costs.
Is Masterclass registration payment refundable?
No. The payment for Masterclass registration is not refundable.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every single product that we store is 100% authentic. All the stock we hold can be traced back to the official supplier or distributor. We receive products directly from Lovely manufacturer. You can feel completely confident shopping on our website.
Masterclass
What is the cost of Masterclass?
For those who registered in advance, the cost of the Masterclass is 100 Euro. Registration will be open one month before the event.
How to register for Masterclass?
Registration starts one month before the event. During that time, online and offline registration will be possible for the Masterclass.
When registration for the Masterclass is closed?
Unless the Masterclass is fully booked, we keep registration open all the way from the start of registration and until the day before the event.
Do you accept cash for Masterclass registration?
Yes. Registration will be open one month before the event. During that time, you will be able to call/message us on +357 97 696048 (calls, sms, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) to book your appointment in our offline store in Limassol. We will register you for the Masterclass on the spot.
Can I register and pay only for partial particpation on the Masterclass?
Yes. Some Masterclasses can span over 2 or more consecutive days, where each day follows specific program. If you wish to participate during specific day of the Masterclass, such registration option will be available once registration starts.
Why registration for Masterclass needed?
Our Training Center facility has a limited space capacity. In order to secure your participation and reserve your place for Masterclass, its always best to register in advance. On top of that, the cost of Masterclass is cheaper, if you register in advance. Registration starts one month before the event.
